Wow...I even gave a reason why it didn't work from a trusted website that knows probably more than your mothers do and still you insist on believing the generation before us? Interesting...What else do you guys believe?

'jello', no.... 'gelatin', yes. try the plain, flavorless gelatin packets, usually around here, the brand name is knoxx. you can put it in juice and make a fresh tasting gelatin treat, or, you could put it in hot tea, and just sip it, or you could just put it in water, and drink it... a packet a day is what my grandmother used to do.... she had beautiful hair and nails.
yes it true .
Gelatin makes your nails grow; jell-o has gelatin in it.
duude i love jello
The amount of gelatin, and Jello you would need to take in order to grow long, firm nails is more than you can swallow. Your body breaks down the gelatin to such a small amount, so even if that's all you ate every day, you would not see an improvement in your nails. It's a myth, and if you really believe it, then your brain is made of jello too.

';Is it true that eating Jello will make your nails stronger?

For the most part this is a myth. Yes, in theory gelatin, the ingredient in Jello associated with strengthening nails, does if fact do so, but you could not possibly eat enough to make a substantial difference. Once the consumed gelatin enters the blood stream, it is distributed throughout the body and thus the nails never get a concentrated enough dosage - same goes for milk and calcium. But Jello tastes good so enjoy it! Grrr... now I have a craving for raspberry Jello!'; - http://www.waningmoon.com/nails/faq.shtm鈥?/a>
I've heard its not true, but I don't know if that's accurate, my grandma always said the same thing and had beautiful nails too! But you can soak them for 5 minutes daily in a cup of warm water with a tablespoon of table salt dissolved in it, and it works great!
No it's just myth Calcium will make your nails grow
