I used to bite my nails to. I used this nail polish that tasted awful so I wouldn't be tempted. If you have the urge to bite your nails, sit on your hands.
Go to a nail salon and have them apply acrylics...not especially long ones, but long enough to keep you from biting. Your hands will look better, too. That is, assuming you are female....
