well i dont know any stores in the uk but if you have any beauty distributers there then you can buy them there. i always go to sallys beauty supply. maybe if you have one just go there. or any store that sells any thing that has to do with beauty supplies. just ask any one who works there to direct you.
hi there u need nail art design brushes they r made from natural bristles and u can purchase from sallys hair beauty or there partner shop sally/salon services just google it they are around the country ebay will be cheaper they have loads of nails items on and also the gems paints for nail art :)
idk.but i found a pen thing that was like a felt tip pen but thinner and that is what they where for and they looked alot easier and they had alot more colors .
i saw them at cvs
