first, there is a product in the pharmacy that you put on your fingers that tastes awful you put your fingers in your mouth. I think it's with all the nail stuff.





then get some nail hardener - like Sally Hansen, and then you can polish your nails over the nail strengthener.
you could get one of those products by sally hansen that makes your nails grow longer and if you keep biting them, put nail polish on them so that everytime you look at your nails think..';my nails look pretty and i don't want to ruin them by biting them'; or you could get a manicure! good luck hon!
Try nail polish that tastes terrible when you bite your nail, and take lots, AND LOTS of vitamins!!!
