What common chemical does temporary crowns, Dermabond, super glue, acrylic nails all share?

I seem to have an allergic reaction; red, swelling, itching around the sight where these products have come in contact with my skin tissue.....I did some research and came up with Methocrylates and cyanoacrylate. Let me know if I'm on the right track...thanks!
