It kind of resembles a moldy bread but how can a human grow mold on the fingernails? Is this serious? I don't like going outside so how do i cure this myself?I have green fuzz coming out of my nails what is this?

If it IS fungus, you're going to need an anti-fungal medication. You can't take care of this yourself. And if you don't take care of it at all, the level of intervention needed for late stage untreated fungus could result in liver damage. And also--and I mean this sincerely, I'm not trying to be nasty--if you're so averse to the outside world that you won't even seek medical care, you need more help than a message board can offer.
Oh yes, humans can grow mold, fungi, and host bacteria of all sorts. Ever hear of athlete's foot?
Go to the local pharmacy, there are topical ointments that are over the counter. I don't have any brand-names in mind so you'll have to ask the pharmacist. If its serious enough you can get a prescription from your primary or at urgent care.
It could be bacteria. So consider getting anti-bacterial soap. Or some hand sanitizer. also, its pretty hard when you have green mold growing off your body to not have to venture into the outside world and find a solution.
