Do you prefer getting your acrylic nails air brushed or have them do the art by hand?

i went to this nail shop in pittsburg california and the nail shhop i went to has some nice nail art but they do airbrush there. Which do you prefer better, getting airbrushed designs or having them do they nail art by hand instead?? please help me and do you know if they can do air brush with an acrylic or does it have to be gel??
