How do I remove acrylic nails at home?

There is a special ';Acrylic Nail Remover'; solution that you can find in Walmart, Kmart or Target. It's in the fake nail section and it pretty cheap (under $1). I've had fake nails for years and just now heard about this product and this took the nails off perfectly without me having to file them, break them off, etc. Plus it left my nails in such great condition! How do I remove acrylic nails at home?
TRY DOING DISHES BY HAND, THAT SHOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. SEEMS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE ONE, YOU DO AND IF YOU WANT THEM OFF THEY STAY PUT. GOOD LUCK.How do I remove acrylic nails at home?
Soke your nails in nail polish remover, or rubbing alcohol(the green or white kind). Then use the orange cuticle stick to lift them off!
Acetone nail polish. Soak them in it until they become loose then gently pry up with an orange/cuticle stick.
You have to get some acetone from a beauty supply store and soak them off. It is really drying to your skin and you have to use glass bowls to put the acetone in, it will dissolve plastic bowls. It's no fun but if you want them off it works.
first prepare for some pain! either 1. soak your nails for a very very long time in straight acetone nail polish remover and have a wooden or ';orange'; stick handy to help pry the nail off or 2. buy one of the kits from your local drugstore that basically contains those things in one box--acetone remover and the stick. it will hurt a little :(
Acetone nail polish is best. Soak for about 15 minutes then check the softness. You can use an orange wooden stick to remove the residue. It'll take about an hour to do this as it can be done in stages or all at once, provided you soak them long enough.

When I got mine removed, I went to the nail place that put them on to be removed. I paid extra for a manicure afterwards %26amp; was pleased with how well the removal went. One place I called said they don't soak them off. They trimmed them at angles then pried them off. That hurts %26amp; you end up with sore fingers. Soaking off is best %26amp; less painful.
acetone nail polish remover, soak them in it and it loosens then and you take the orange stick 2 lift them.
nail polish remover with acetone usually works
you can soak them in acetone and slowly file away the acrylic when it began to get soft.
