I am in good health and eat 3 times a day. I am 20 so im thinking I have to be too young for liver problems....right? It is just one line across the middle of all my nails. Please if you know what causes it or how to treat it. It would help.I have noticed that I have one white horizontal line on all my nails except for my thumbs. What is it?
This happens because you need to drink more water and get more vitamins into your diet.
Sometimes the nail can get a line in it just from not having too much care, maybe go have a manicure done, its always a great benefit to have it done every once in awhile.
