my dog is seven over weight he eats and his nose is wet but I have to bring him to his food and just lays around but he eats.and his nose is wet only some of his back and front nails are blood red he still can jump off the couch but I have to drag him off.I never clipped his nails I have chicken wire on the ground next to the fence so my other dog don't jump over it could he have injured himself on the wire or could it be medical?My seven year old neuterd american staffordshire toe nails are red front and back not all?

He may have injured his feet or walked on a chemical that irritated them. Take him to the vet. As for the rest, he either has medical problems you are unaware of or he needs exercise.
Take the dog to the vet...poor thing, never gets his nails trimmed? Overweight? Dragging him? Just lays around? My word....poor thing
Your dog needs to go the the vets, you should ask your vet to look at his nails, and ask if there is a plan to get your dog healthy again.
