put your hands in a bowl with really cold water. i mean really cold, ice cold. (use a few ice cubes)What is a method you use to make sure painted nails dry fast and smooth?
my mom bought this stuff that comes with a dropper... you put 2-3 drops on your nail and it is dried practically instantly... but you have to make sure you don't hit your nails anywhere for a little bit. it is really great stuff.





you should be able to get it at a beauty store or rite aid or something.

get stand up, open ur arms in opposite sides (Like a jet), and start to move round and round, within seconds your nails will dry, must try before rate any answer :-)

there r some nail polishes that dry fast coaled fast dry nauil polish and to make them smoth , dont put a thik layer of nail polish so they can be smooth.
