There's many places where you can get them: Walmart, Target, Ulta, K Mart.
Really any place with a Beauty section.
most drugstores have them for cheap. i've also seen lots of them at walmart.
local drugstore: RiteAid, CVS.
others: Walmart target, sephora maybe?
