What can you use to make your nails grow and stop them from breaking?

I have the same troubles. But I'd suggest you use any kind of hardening nail polish, so they wont break. And ALWAYS try to push back your cuticles, so their not holding the nail down causing it not to grow as fast, and pushing them back makes your nails look longer. Try these and your guaranteed to have long nails in no time.What can you use to make your nails grow and stop them from breaking?
Sally Hansen Triple Strong Advanced Gel Nail Fortifier. It's in a small rectangular looking green bottle and it has teflon in it. The BEST stuff I've ever used, and it helped me stop biting bc it tasted bad lol I can't remember if I got it from Wal-Mart or Walgreens, but somewhere like that, just check pharmacys or a local super market.What can you use to make your nails grow and stop them from breaking?

that would be a product named wonder nail ...if you can find it you won't believe the change in them ...i used it when i was in school i had horrible nails and i also bit them off ...my older sister belonged to a beauty club or what ever it was called back then they would mail her a kit once a month...she gave me the wonder nail it was like water but i used it nightly before bed for about 2 wks ...it was amazing in no time i had wonderful hard nails and they grew like crazy ...i shared it with a gf and hers did the same thing ...now that we are older we still have hard fast growing thick nails i work with them and people at work are always asking how i keep them this long and work ...but i sure do ...they grow so fast that if i paint them tonight in one wk they will grow out to where the polish is in the middle of the nail away from the cuticle i would recommend it to anyone ....good luck on finding it and if you can brush it on top of the nail and under (between the nail and finger ) every night for 2 wks then stop ...i have to use a strong file just to file mine and if one breaks it breaks in the quick the nail is so strong that the weak point is the quick part ...forget clipping them to shape it don't work...avoid nail hardeners they will dry the nail out and make them break more so will painting them to often

Had the same problem for years and then began taking prenatal vitamins with follic acid and BAM they grew really long even though I didn't get pregnant. I also began to use Nailtique...on the expensive side but it really fortified my nails. I've had many people to ask me if my nails were fake and that NEVER happened before...recently I cut them down short but they are very strong.
